Energy Healing
Energy Healing involves the transfer and direction of universal life force energy while stimulating energy flow in or around the human body to help clear, strengthen and restore balance on all levels, thus enabling the physical body to heal itself.
Energy work can be a beneficial tool for chronic/acute pain, relaxation/stress management, depression/anxiety, spiritual growth and connection, inner peace/well-being, release of unwanted patterns, healing from abuse and grief.
What does a session involve?
The session is done remotely.
Please note that during a remote session there is no physical contact (no facetime, phone or zoom).
Throughout the session I receive messages and guidance which are emailed to you after the session is complete.

Chakra Balancing
Chakra Balancing encourages the body to return to it's natural state of well-being. It is a form of energy healing that can restore harmonious flow within our energy system.
For this session, we focus on the 7 main Chakras; the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown.
As I connect with each Chakra, I receive intuitive messages which are emailed after the session is complete.
